It's not a surprise that you cannot wake up in the morning.
It's your eyes that are telling your body that you are EXHAUSTED.
In 2017 we use the screens on an average of 4 hours per day.
Our eyes were not designed to focus on one point for so long.
So what can we do?
If you practice these exercises for two weeks you will relieve the pain from your eyes. You will feel refreshed each morning when you wake up. The heavy feeling on your head will slowly reduce and so will the occurrences of headaches.
